  • What are the fees associated with an immigration consultation?

Our 30-minute comprehensive consultation is available for $165.00 + GST. This dedicated time is focused entirely on you, ensuring you gain a clear understanding of your options.

To make the most of your consultation, we provide you with relevant information in advance, allowing both you and our team to come fully prepared.

You can request a consultation by selecting one of the categories above.

We will be in touch with you by email (check your junk) to schedule your appointment.

  • If I have additional questions after our meeting, how can I get them addressed?

After your consultation, we're happy to assist with any follow-up immigration questions.

Ongoing consultations are billed in 15-minute increments.

However, if you have retained our firm for your immigration application, follow-up questions are included at no additional cost.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

When your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Credit card or e-transfer options (for those in Canada) are available.

Details will be sent directly to you via email.

Payments must be made prior to your appointment.

  • Is there any information or documentation I should provide before our appointment?

When your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email from containing our consultation retainer agreement and a credit card authorization form.

Please complete and return these documents within 24 hours of receiving them. The forms can be signed and submitted entirely online—no need to print or scan.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. If we require any additional documents before our meeting, we will reach out to request them.

  • What qualifications do you have to provide me with immigration advice?

During your appointment at Foothills Immigration, you will meet directly with Leann Sousa, a certified Canadian Immigration Consultant (R507256) with over 16 years of experience in Canadian immigration law, specializing in the issues that matter to you.

With over 14 years in business, our firm has helped thousands of clients successfully navigate the Canadian immigration system.

Immigration law is complex, and different cases require specialized expertise. If your situation falls outside our area of practice, we will gladly refer you to a trusted colleague who can assist you.

But don’t just take our word for it—check out our Google Reviews and client testimonials on our website to hear directly from those we've helped.

  • I have a brief question and prefer not to schedule a full consultation. Is it possible to contact you via email or phone for a quick answer?

We’re happy to answer quick questions for our existing clients because we’ve already met with them and have a clear understanding of their immigration situation. However, if we haven’t reviewed your case, we’re unable to provide answers to “just a quick question.”

Canadian immigration law is complex, and the correct answer to your question often depends on multiple factors unique to your situation. You may not even realize what you don’t know—and that could have serious consequences.
